Returns and Refunds Policy

At Zodiac Children, we want you to love every product you receive. Each of our journals, prints, and products is made specially for you through trusted print-on-demand partners such as Lulu, Printful, and others. Because every order is created individually, our refund and return process differs slightly from traditional retail.

Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All Zodiac Children products (including journals, wall art, posters, and merchandise) are made-to-order. This means your item is printed and produced only after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for products due to customer change of mind.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, and we want every product to arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will:

Arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or
Issue a refund (if a replacement cannot be provided)

Note: Our print partners (e.g., Lulu, Printful) may request additional proof to verify production errors before processing a replacement or refund.

3. Wrong Size or Product

If you receive the wrong size, design, or item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
After review, we will either:

  • Send the correct replacement, or
  • Provide a refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Please note that sizing details for apparel and other customizable items are clearly listed on our product pages. We cannot refund or replace items that were ordered in the wrong size due to customer error.

4. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders once printing has begun.

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment – check spelling, size, color, and shipping details.

5. Distance Selling (EU/UK Consumers)

Under EU and UK consumer laws, customers generally have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods
  • Goods produced on demand (printed specifically for you)

Since Zodiac Children products are print-on-demand, the standard distance-selling cancellation rights do not apply once your order has been submitted to production.
Faulty or damaged goods, however, remain covered by statutory protections.

6. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Limited Edition, or Digital Downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email our support team at [your email address]with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description and photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

8. Return Shipping

In most cases, you will not need to return the product, as our print partners verify claims via photo evidence.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions and a return address specific to your print partner (this may differ depending on where your order was fulfilled).

9. Digital Products

All digital downloads, eBooks, and printable resources are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us at support@zodiac-children.com, and we’ll ensure you receive a working file.

10. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business daysback to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
